Open every day, 8am-11pm, UK time. A broken screen or a computer that will not switch on needs a repair visit instead.

Ask for help
Tell us what is wrong and what kind of computer you have. We text you a short code to check it is you. No password to remember.
Get ready
Download our small support app. When you open it you will see a number (your ID) and a password. You type both in here and tick a box to say yes.
We fix it while you watch
A technician connects, and you see everything on your own screen as it happens. When we are done, the session ends and your password is deleted.
Safe by design
You stay in charge the whole time
Remote help only works if you can trust it. These are the rules we keep.
We only connect when you start it
Nobody can reach your computer unless you open the support app and send us your details.
You can end it at any time
Press End session on this page, or just close the support app. We are disconnected straight away.
You can watch everything
It is your screen. You see every click and every window we open, and you can say stop.
We never ask for bank details
We will never ask you to log in to your bank or read out a card number. If anyone does, close the app and tell us.
The one-time password you send us is stored encrypted, shown only to the technician who connects, and deleted when the session ends, or after 24 hours at the latest. We record every time it is viewed. Read our privacy policy.
