How much does a laptop repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the model, so we quote after we have looked at it. You hear the price before any work starts, and you can say no.
Is it worth repairing an old laptop?
Often, yes: a slow laptop with a new SSD can feel like a different machine. If the repair would cost more than the laptop is worth, we will tell you that straight.
Will I lose my files?
Most repairs do not touch your files. Back up anything important if you can, and tell us if you cannot, because we can take extra care or copy files off first.
