Questions
PC repair: your questions answered
My PC will not turn on. What should I check?
Try a different power cable and wall socket, and check the switch on the back of the power supply. If it still does nothing, bring it in or send us a message and we will take it from there.
Do you repair all-in-one computers and Macs?
We work on desktop and all-in-one Windows PCs. For anything else, send us the model and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can you upgrade my old PC instead?
Quite often an SSD and more memory make an old PC perfectly usable. We will tell you if an upgrade is worth it or if you would be better off replacing it.
Do you come to me?
We offer home visits where it suits the fault, and collection and return in selected areas. Tell us where you are and we will say what is possible.
