How we work
Straightforward repairs, clear advice
We start by understanding what happened and what you are seeing. Then we find the real fault, explain your options in plain English, and only carry out work once you are happy to go ahead.
That includes telling you when a repair is not worth it. If a new laptop makes more sense than a big bill on an old one, we will say so.
- We check the fault properly before recommending parts or upgrades
- You get a quote before any work starts
- No work without your approval
- No unnecessary upgrades and no jargon
- Support for homes, gamers and local businesses
