Each plan shows its price and exactly what is included. Companies pick a business plan, individuals an individual one.

We email you a short code. There is no password to remember.
Pay securely with Stripe
You pay on Stripe's own page, so your card details never touch our website. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Where do I see what a plan includes?
On its card above. The price, any remote sessions included each period, how many people or devices it covers and how quickly we respond are all listed, and the checkout shows the full amount before you pay.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Open the billing page, check your email with a code, and use Manage billing. That opens Stripe's billing page, where you can update your card, see your invoices and cancel yourself.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you, and your plan's benefits are paused until the payment goes through. Update your card from the billing page to restart it.
What if I only need help once?
You do not need a plan. Remote support and repairs are available as one-off jobs, priced before any work starts.
Can I use a plan for my whole team?
A business plan belongs to the company, and its administrator can add the people who should use it. Check the plan card for how many people it covers.
