Our assistant asks a few simple questions. It never works out the fault or gives repair advice. It only writes down what you tell it.
You read what it wrote, then send it to us.
We reply by text or WhatsApp.

We send you a quote firstNo work starts until you agree to the price.
You say yesAccept in the app, by text, or on WhatsApp. Whichever is easiest for you.
We collect it, or you drop it offA technician collects it, or you bring it to the shop on London Road.
You get updatesIn the app, on WhatsApp or by text, so you always know where it is up to.
You payBy card, bank transfer or cash. We confirm how and when with your quote.
You get a receipt and a warrantyBoth come with every repair.
Plans change? That is fineYou can reschedule or cancel. Please give us notice.
