Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your Mobile PC Doctor app account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This applies to the Android and iOS apps and to enquiries sent through this website.
How to ask
- Send a request using the form, or email support@mpcdoctor.com with the subject “Delete my Mobile PC Doctor account”.
- Give us the mobile number you use with the app, and your name, so we can find your account. Send it from the email address on your account if you have one.
- We may ask one question to confirm it is really you, so nobody else can delete your records.
- We confirm by email or text when it is done. We aim to finish within 30 days, and always within one month.
What we delete
- Your app account, name, email address and phone number
- Your messages, photos and files sent through the app, website or text
- Your push notification token and notification settings
- Your saved repair notes that identify you, once the repair is closed
What we may have to keep
- Invoices and payment records, for 6 years, because tax and accounting law requires it. These are kept only for that purpose.
- Anything we need to keep to deal with a dispute or a legal claim that is already open.
- Payment details held by Stripe, which handles card payments. Stripe keeps these under its own policy.
