How do I know it needs a new screen?
Cracks, black patches, coloured lines and flicker usually mean the panel. A blank screen can also be a cable or graphics fault. The external monitor test tells us a lot, so try it if you can.
Which laptops can you do?
Most Windows laptops, including Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Samsung and MSI. Apple laptops are different, so ask us before you bring one in.
How long does it take?
It depends on whether we can get your screen quickly. We confirm the likely turnaround when we quote, before you commit.
Will it affect my files?
A normal screen replacement does not touch your files. We still suggest a backup if you can make one.
